just a standard oil change, and as usual Brian kept informed on what was going on with my vehicle. he reminded me of repairs that are due on my next oil change, and showed me images of all the fluids in my car so i could see for myself what was up. thanks again guys, keep up the great work. it's why me and my roommates keep coming back!

The work done to our vehicle was done in a timely manner. It was actually done faster than we expected. Future work that needs to be done to our car was also review with us with what possible cost it could run..

Great job figuring out the issue.... I was a bit frustrated with my email and phone number being wrong several times even after it was corrected over the phone with the gal. Not sure why it wasn't double checked against all my paper work when I dropped the vehicle off. It made for a stressful experience as I didn't hear from you regarding the truck and any work to be authorised on it. It all worked out in the end thanks!

The shop rate is higher than it should be, especially for all disciplines. I prefer shops that will give lower shop rates for certain "easy" jobs like brakes. Bryan has been willing to work with me in the past on price, so I have been loyal. This job was a bit more expensive than expected. It was weird that there were some reductions that were discussed during the process, which were applied, but then additional items were added regarding alternator bolts being loose and stripped. Why wasn't I contacted prior to that work being done, and why was there a 1/2 hour or more charge for this? I was not in the mood to dispute this, and it would've been in front of other customers. Better communication would've helped this situation. Other than that, it was a good visit. I hope that the engine idle on cold start issue is resolved. Thanks!

Valley Automotive runs a lot of vehicles through their shop every day but they always seem to have time to fit another one in. The work they do is excellent and they even made sure I got to work on time while they had my wheels in their care.
