Arrived with no idea what problem was, thought it might be a huge electrical situation. A simple broken battery cable end was replaced and systems check was performed and detailed printout given. They were fair, prompt, and I will return.

I had some electrical problems with my 87 Ford pickup some years ago. I can't remember who recommended your shop. I was very pleased with the quality of work and felt that Brian was an honest and hard working man. I trusted him right away. I used to do most of my own work. I no longer want to do any of the work on my vehicles and am very pleased to have found a quality shop that I have confidence and trust in. Can't thank you guys enough!

I also enjoyed having a general inspection on key items such as brakes, power steering and any possible fluid leaks with this information I can space out the future work needed over the next 6 months. I also appreciated having me car back on the same day.

AC stopped working on our FX. It is under warrantee so I wasn't too concerned but not good to be without window defogging in Seattle. Turns out all the issue was simply loose nuts (not something I normally post about). They could have told us anything but didn't. Simple and fast fix. Thank you!

It takes a special shop to keep my classic 1983 Dodge Colt roadworthy, even though it's low-mileage. Just finding parts can be difficult, but Bryan always succeeds and makes me feel appreciated as a customer at the same time. I enjoy being able to trust a mechanic to have my best interests at heart. After my first experience at Valley Auto, I've never been tempted to take my car to anyone else.
