I needed to take my car to a good repair place in town so I asked my Facebook friends for suggestions. Valley Automotive was mentioned so I thought I'd try them out. First off, I was very impressed with Marena, who works the front desk. She is very professional and friendly. My car needed a 90,000 mile service (which included an oil change)and instead of giving a price to fix everything, Marena says they can do the oil change and then look the car over at no extra cost and give me a list of only the items that need to be done. Sounds good to me. So I bring my car in and awhile later Marena emails me a list of recommended repairs with prices by each item. She went over each item with me over the phone explaining what needed to be fixed now and those items that could wait. There were only a few things on the list and I was able to have them fixed that same day (and it was a lot cheaper than going to the dealer and having everything done!) I even received a letter a few days later thanking me for bringing my car in. If you want to try them out, look for the $25 off repairs coupon on the Demand Force website. Now I just have to get my other cars to their shop.

I trust all my cars to Bryan. I love being able to send my major projects and trailer repair to him. His ace mechanic Tony can repair anything...he's like McGyver!

I stopped into Valley Automotive on my way home from work on a Wednesday afternoon with several lights illuminated on my dash. The repair was completed and I received my car back on Thursday afternoon.
