I have been taking my vehicles to Valley Auto for several years. So, when I heard a noise in my Chevy Silverado, I went to Valley Auto Electric. Valley Auto did a thorough check of the engine, sending the oil out to be checked and the results showed a gasket was leaking and advised me to replace the engine. I decided that the expense was worth it. I didn't want a blown head gasket while on the road. Thank you Valley Auto Electric for saving me time,headache and unnessary expenses later.

I brought my Durango in and explained the problem. You reviewed the problem, diagnosed the car and sent it to the dealer who had the prober equipment to work over the computer and now, thanks to you and your work my Durango is running the best it has since I accquired it. Thank you, Neal G.

FIRST EXPERIENCE W/VAE AND I WILL NOT HESITATE TO REURN OR RECOMMEND. I WAS QUOTED A PRICE OVER THE PHONE AND WHEN I PICKED UP VEHICLE, THE OWNER CAME OUT AND EXPLAINED THE CHARGES TO ME. AS HE WAS DOING SO, HE REALIZED THEY SHOULD HAVE TRACED THE PROBLEM DIFFERENTLY WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN QUICKER AND LESS EXPENSIVE. HE THEN REDUCED THE BILL BY HALF. I APPRECIATE THE HONESTY. First time customer. Took my 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 in for an electrical issue. Technicians were able to locate the battery draw down & fix it. Quick work at a very fair price. Will definitely be going back. Would highly recommend VAE.
