Made an appointment for my wife's car, which their scheduling software deleted on their system. We showed up at the appointed time, and caught them off guard due to the software mishap. They confirmed the appointment via e-mails, and then proceeded to go above and beyond to make up for the error. The car was done later than anticipated, due to the scheduling error, but the work was done perfectly, and the final bill came in exactly at the estimate. A great experience overall.

As always, Valley Auto had outstanding service. They not only saved us $200 by being able to save a part they originally thought would need replacement, but also were very willing to work with us on billing after despite having to jump through some hoops to do it. We're loyal to Valley, and get all our repairs done there for a good reason.

The office staff was friendly. The cars seemed to be fully serviced; I like that they look over the car in more detail than just an oil change. I liked the fluid comparisons to show the status. There were good time slots available to come in. I like supporting local business and I appreciate Bryan's involvement in the community.

Brian and Marena were great in keeping me up to date with problems and solutions. The experience was a little long but I think it was due to the care that went into the process. I think things were diagnosed and taken care of a step at a time instead of blindly fixing everything and charging me for it. I will be back next time I need work done.

Bryan and his team have consistently taken good care of my cars and looked out for my budget at the same time. Their oil changes are fast and reasonable. Their service is super friendly. When repairs or tune-up needs arise, they help me prioritize what needs to be done now and what can wait. The best instance that illustrates this is when I brought our little Hyundai in for a tune up. Bryan called to explain that it needed a $200 repair. However, before I ok'd that repair, he wanted me to know that in the next 4 months it would need another $400 repair and within a year, it was going to need a new transmission. He wanted me to understand the condition of the car before I spent my $200. With Bryan's information in hand, we did not do the repair but traded in the car for a new car. I think most mechanics would have taken my $200 now and maybe my $400 in 6 months and then let me face the transmission problem when it started showing problems that I would recognize. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

Thanks for your service. I am so happy to have dicovered you. I don't know what I would do without you. It isn't easy having three cars that need your tender loving care. Your girl at the front desk is awesome. I would have put her name here but not sure of the spelling. Love you guys!

Valley Automotive Electric is a great place to take your car if you feel uneasy about car repairs. V.A.E. does a thorough job inspecting your car and they make sure you understand what it is that you need to have done in order of priority. V.A.E's technicians are happy to explain the work they did and do a fantastic job completing repairs.

My mini van was making an awful noise and needed to be serviced ASAP. They got me in right away and even provided a loner car so I could keep my appointments that day. I was told to expect two days to complete the needed work, but was so happy when it was done the first day! My van is running quiet and smooth again. I highly recommend Valley Automotive, excellent work and amazing customer service!
