These folks are very helpful, efficient, and have reasonable prices. When I started hearing a high pitched tune coming from the back end of my car , I thought a recorder was stuck in my car somewhere. But, I learned about "squealers" from Marina and was able to get my brakes replaced quickly.

The crew is fabulous from the executive all the way to the part timer... You are all wonderful.. You handle the standard needs (oil changes, inspections, brakes) with ease as well as the more difficult (wiring the horse trailer and dealing with its wheels, and the astro van steps coming off and its lift mechanism for the back window)...Great community business for support as well as service. THANK YOU

FIRST EXPERIENCE W/VAE AND I WILL NOT HESITATE TO REURN OR RECOMMEND. I WAS QUOTED A PRICE OVER THE PHONE AND WHEN I PICKED UP VEHICLE, THE OWNER CAME OUT AND EXPLAINED THE CHARGES TO ME. AS HE WAS DOING SO, HE REALIZED THEY SHOULD HAVE TRACED THE PROBLEM DIFFERENTLY WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN QUICKER AND LESS EXPENSIVE. HE THEN REDUCED THE BILL BY HALF. I APPRECIATE THE HONESTY. The staff from executive to broom pusher are awesome. They have serviced all of our rigs from horse trailer to Astro vans. They have stayed up on maufacturer warrantee situations for our chevy aveos to claim warrantee work every time it is needed. Great community supporter and very fair.

Excellent service as always. They always do more than is expected and make me feel very taken care of. This is the only place i've taken my car since I've been in Washington.

We recently took our Honda minivan to Valley Automotive for a radiator flush. Not only did they do an excellent job with that they noticed upon inspection that we had a few issues on are van we weren't aware of but that needed to be addressed. We were able to get our van fixed and ready for the winter ahead. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were prompt in letting us know of our car issues as well as letting us know when the car would be ready for pick up. They also use an emailing system to show the estimates. I would highly recommend them to repair or maintain your car.
