My experience was, as usual, excellent at Valley Auto Electric. The work was done promptly and with no surprises. I lke that the techs always save pictures of the problems they are faced with, and Marina works with you to save where they can. Bryan and his staff always go the extra mile to take care of my car, whether in his shop or not.

This is a great place for good, quality service at local business. We live just down the street and pass this business by everyday. We have all three of our cars serviced there and they are wonderful. The front desk person, Marena, who is so much more than a front desk person is so friendly, helpful and knows her stuff.The owner, Brian, totally stands by their work and will make you want to bring your business back again and again. They are quick to do what they need for you and get your car back to you as soon as possible. They give you estimates, they give you sound advice and the quality is awesome. They completely keep you in the loop of what is going on with your car so you're not surprised to find out anything after the fact.I would recommend this business to anyone who wants to support local businesses and get good quality work done for their hard earned money.They also offer a rewards program too that can be used on future visits or donated to charity!I highly recommend them!!

On time as scheduled. Need to correct name spelling

My Van was making a clicking sound, Brian told me what it was. I was ok with that. The sound got to much for me. I made my appointmten to have the transfer case replaced and it was finished in the time line that Brian said it would. I relie on the whole team at Valley Automotive Electric for total car care.

Bryan and his crew were johnny on the spot when my PT Cruiser began missing suddenly. I drove up and an afternoon later I was back on the road with nothing more than new spark plugs. The ease and promptness of service make it a requirement for me to give the car over the VA&E whenever I need to. My PT Cruiser gets treated as if it belonged to Bryan himself. Thanks you guys.
