As a retired business owner I am aware of the challenges and dedication to service necessary to succeed. As many others do today, I seek out smaller, local businesses that come recommended. Valley Automotive recently serviced my Tundra which involved replacement of a rear wheel bearing. From the extended courtesies, excellent service and detailed report on the repairs and suggested maintenance items, I couldnt have been more satisfied. I highly recommend Valley Automotive for any vehicle maintenance or repair work you might need.

Ive been taking my familys cars to Valley Automotive for a year now and theyve worked on my old cars and complicated new car (Mercedes with air driven suspension system). They are always quick to do the right thing, keep me posted on the status of the car, and honor what they say they will do. Ive been to many Lexus and Mercedes dealerships for maintenance and their service is so much better (shout out to Emily and James for their terrific service). Another great technician is Ian, who takes on the hard jobs and has always delivered. THANK YOU Valley Automotive, what a great team.

I get pretty grumpy anytime I have to spend more than $20 these days. But if I have to spend a BUNCH of money, I try to ensure it's with local people with good reputations.
