My Saturn needed some brake work, so I started at the Les Schwab who replaced the front brakes 2 1/2 years ago. Although the pads were still good, the rotors needed to be replaced. Les Schwab gave me an estimate and then I went to Valley Automotive Electric. VAE took a look at the brakes and were able to give me a much better picture of what was really happening to cause the "Pulse" when braking. I felt much more confident in their ability to give me a quality brake job. Les Schwab had disappointed me with a brake job that didn't last long enough in the past. I feel that my rotors should have been replaced on the last brake job, when Les Schwab replaced the pads and calipers. If that had been done I wouldn't be having a problem now. For a few more dollars than the new estimate at Les Schwab, VAE did the same work, with better quality parts. I have been coming to VAE for about 2 years now and any work they have done on our cars has been high quality and reliable. VAE always takes time to explain everything to my satisfaction.I highly recommend Bryan and Marena at Valley Automotive Electric. They will take good care of you and your cars.

We only had an oil change done, but it was done on schedule and within the time frame requested. Marina is always very helpful and we appreciate the fact that she keeps us informed about when the car will be or is ready, what else might need to be done, etc.

Our old '79 Suburban recently had a catastrophic failure of the cooling system. We had it towed to Valley Automotive where they immediately accepted the vehicle, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and had the vehicle back to us very quickly in spite of the "no appointment" nature of the incident. They even gave me an immediate 15 mile ride to my home when we had our truck towed to their facility. My family is very pleased with Valley Automotive.

Another great experience with Valley Auto! On a routine oil change, Steve noted that our water pump was leaking, although it didn't drip on the ground. We scheduled a date to change the pump and although the part was delivered late on a Friday afternoon and I was warned that likely we would need to reschedule, Anthony stayed late to complete the job, so that I didn't have to reschedule or be without my car an additional day. I really appreciate how each person at Valley Auto goes out of there to take care of me! Thank you!
