Once again I had another great experience with Valley Auto. I wouldn't trust my cars to anyone but Bryan and his team. This time, upon my mention that I felt a drip on my foot once or twice, my mechanic found a significant water standing under the carpet and padding in my car! After diligent searching, they found a leak in the windshield, which was replaced 2 months ago. Bryan took the time to talk with me and coach me through a conversation with my insurance to insure the windshield was replaced properly AND my costs for finding the leak and cleaning up the interior of the car were covered by the windshield repair company or my insurance. Bryan was going to be paid one way or another. The windshield repair wasn't his responsibility either. He didn't have to take the extra time to help me get the best outcome for my interests, both financially and in terms of getting the windshield replaced correctly this time. But he did. That's why I love Valley Auto.

OMG. An oil change for less than ten bucks. Tell me what you want to hear! It's a cinch I'm not paying for Bryan to drink his tequila in Mexico. Seriously, Im lucky to have a team like yours to help when I really need repair. We've got my PT Cruiser running in the best of shape, and it has 130,000 miles. More of the same, please.

The work is always first class, and the setting is getting more comfortable, a nice big flat screen in the lobby would enhance the experiance

I have heard from other people with the same problem and the quotes that they had received were quite high so I was leary about taking it anywhere but I decided that I had to get this taken care of before we were in the middle of Winter. The troubleshooting wasn't so expensive afterall and several other items were taken care, such as brake fluid flush and 1 sensor needed to be replaced and wires to front hub was repaired. I know I will be quite comfortable this winter knowing I have good brakes.

I explained to Bryan coming in that I had a budget I needed to stay within for servicing our car. We went through each line item of service that was recommended, and Bryan pointed out the ones that, if it were his car, he would have done now, while the others could be re-scheduled for service at a later date. I appreciate that.....the willingness to work with me to get the most important repairs done now, and keep me driving safely, and leaving the other service items for later, when I can afford to have those done. That is the definition of "customer service". Thanks, Bryan

I really value Valley Automotive Electric - despite the "non-appointment/emergency" nature of our situation, Valley staff were very helpful and were able to get to our car and its repair needs quickly. Perhaps more importantly, their work was excellent, and they were able to fully explain just what our little car needed and why! I will refer everyone I know to them in the future!

FIRST EXPERIENCE W/VAE AND I WILL NOT HESITATE TO REURN OR RECOMMEND. I WAS QUOTED A PRICE OVER THE PHONE AND WHEN I PICKED UP VEHICLE, THE OWNER CAME OUT AND EXPLAINED THE CHARGES TO ME. AS HE WAS DOING SO, HE REALIZED THEY SHOULD HAVE TRACED THE PROBLEM DIFFERENTLY WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN QUICKER AND LESS EXPENSIVE. HE THEN REDUCED THE BILL BY HALF. I APPRECIATE THE HONESTY. A GREAT WAY TO EARN BUSINESS. THANKS, JEFF
