Made an appointment for my wife's car, which their scheduling software deleted on their system. We showed up at the appointed time, and caught them off guard due to the software mishap. They confirmed the appointment via e-mails, and then proceeded to go above and beyond to make up for the error. The car was done later than anticipated, due to the scheduling error, but the work was done perfectly, and the final bill came in exactly at the estimate. A great experience overall.
