I have always been very pleased with the service provided by Valley Automotive Electric.

Every experience I have had with Valley Automotive has been very fair. No one likes to or expects to have an unplanned auto repair to deal with. But the team at Valley Automotive has always worked hard to explain the issues and layout the options available. I have been looking for and finally found a fair priced alternative to dealerships! Not sure why I have been overpaying all these years. I no longer have the time to research my car issues and have come to rely on Valley Automotive to keep my older truck on the road and our family car safe and reliable for our family.The new drive from Maple Valley to Covington is well worth it for the peace of mind we have come to rely on with this team. Brake repair was done with professional and personal excellence. This time, the costs were less than I expected, so I am quite happy with Valley Automotive. Their commitment to the customer is terrific, as usual, and repairs can be counted on to be on time and done completely.

Great customer service!! They never miss a step, from checking battery level to taking off the tires and inspecting the brakes. Very clean and organized. I have never seen a shop until now, where you will see a clean bay, organized and to the point. Heck, I even witnessed one of the machanics using a power squegie to clean the floor for the next customers car. When they say that they are going to get you on the road they mean it!!!! Very happy with the people and good to see they are all on the same page. Keep up the good work, and I will keep coming back and send my family and friends to keep this family business tight!!
