Valley Automotive does it again! The customer service is AWESOME! So glad I was able to get my brakes fixed just in time for the snow! I'll be back and would recommend!

As before I received a very thorough inspection of my wife's SUV and items that needed addressed were notes. This allows for noted items to be addressed before they cause much bigger problems. As with ongoing maintenance to repair and fix issues as needed. I found the staff very friendly and professional. The young lady manning the front scheduling desk is very knowledgeable and professional and easy to assist in. I like the fact that the business is locally owned and they live in our Covington/Maple Valley community.

Emily's smile and super pleasant personality are a wonderful start to every trip to Valley. The quick initial exam of the auto was comprehensive and thorough. The Uber ride home seemed a little extravagant, but I'm old fashioned. The work done of my truck was perfect... Exactly as I had asked and I have full confidence in the work done. The pickup at home and ride back to the shop by Jaden was on time and pleasant. I realize that a commercial business has hazardous disposal fees that don't apply to me when I do it at home, but my only criticism is the $250 charge to change a fuel filter seemed a bit high.
