Great customer service! Everything from the appointment confirmation call, explanation of services, to even passing by kind technicians in the parking lot, the service is outstanding. Reasonable pricing with great service is a perfect combo for a 5 star review. Couldn't ask for anything more besides a larger parking lot, but that is out of their control.

another service on the 2014 Kia Sedona and as always they were fast and thorough at Valley Automotive. I like the itemized printout of all the items they find that needs repair. Emily and James are always pleasant to talk to and very knowledgeable about repairing and servicing cars and trucks. If they don't know something they will look it up and contact you.
