Service was great and they even gave a complimentary ride home. The price for my oil change was a bit pricier than going to the dealership but I think it is worth it since they gave better service that isn't pushy on getting more done on you car than you want. Plus you're helping support a local business. I knocked off a star because there was some kind of miscommunication of when my car was ready. By the time I was notified it was ready, it was already closing time for them and I had to wait until the next day to pick my car up.

Had a wobble in the steering wheel after having new bearings installed in the front of our older Honda pilot. The dealer who installed the bearings said it was normal. It certainly wasnt. Valley fit us in and found the right front tire which wasnt very old had a broken steel belt in it. It was only found after being placed on a lift and running the car in gear to find it. I appreciate the commitment to find our problem and we will be back. Thanks!!
