I've been using Valley Auto mor quite a few years now, and I have found them to always be totally honest with me. They are not cheap, but they are reliable and they stand behind their work. Besides that, they are also friendly and good listeners. When they give me a quote, they always try to make the actual charge come out lower if they can. (This last job, it came out nearly $100 lower, and I am grateful.) Thank you Valley Auto!

Great local business. Communication was clear, concise and timely. Had an evaluation done on my vehicle after being told it needed new brakes, Valley Automative could have easily done that, I would have been none the wiser. Instead, they let me know brake service was not warranted and provided a list of recommended services needed. I especially like that they shut down business for 1 hour for lunch, this tells me they value their employees, many places do not emphasize downtime like this. I really enjoyed my experience and will be utilizing their services in the future.

They diagnosed and repaired an issue that a Jeep dealership service department could not. Professional and friendly staff. Comprehensive vehicle inspection and no pressure. Detailed explanation of what can wait and what needs to be done. I will definitely use them again.

A relative of mineI referred me to Valley Automotive. I was told Valley Automotive was like the "good old boys" mentality. I was told how Valley Automotive's integrity stood out, how Valley Automotive shows honesty in their suggestions and recommendations. 5 star quailty I would receive. So, I made an appointment and quickly got in. So my experience was amazing. A 10 star rating sounded more accurate to me. I do not know a lot about cars but when I left the office, I had a good idea of what the plan was, why, how, when, warranty time response (give or take a little) and in a few short days, my car was done. The turnaround time was amazing. I am very greatful!! I really liked how everything was made easy to understand. The communication was wonderful. I never felt lost. I never felt concerned or overwhelmed. My used BMW 2016 was in bad shape when I brought the car into Valley Automotive. Now, I feel like I am in a new car, seriously !!! The outcome was so effective and efficient that I decided to go ahead and do the recommended car maintenance and now, WOW !!! Finally, I am not afraid to pull out onto the road anymore. I finally understand why people like to drive a BMW. Valley Automotive offered me a complimentary driver and at no charge. Thank you, James, for that !!! Well, I will be seeing Valley Automotive when my next oil change is due. Valley Automotive in my experience is simply the best.

Well, I drove out of Valley Automotive in what felt like a brand new car. I can't get over how amazing my car drives now. I didn't even consider the possibilities. I will now ONLY have my car worked on at Valley Automotive. Forget the BMW Dealership !!! For now on all of my oil changes will be done at Valley Automovtive. Valley Automotive takes good care of us. We have been with them for 20 years and hope to be with them as long as we have cars. They make our cars last for a very long time. Our current cars are 16 and 17 years old and both are in good condition. Thank you Valley!
