Fixed my truck up within a couple of days and were very communicative about the work that was needed. The only negative was the diagnostic evaluation was a bit pricey.

We took our daughters car in to be serviced, it was running rough making a lot of noise. They were able to diagnose the problems and gave us a detailed report of what was needed. The report was very valuable and covered other issues that were needing attention in her 2011 car so we ended up choosing to get them all done as well to keep the car in good shape. I felt the cost and pricing was on point and we got the work done. I love the communication through text keeping me informed along the way. Her car is running like new again and we know she’s driving safe.

Valley Automotive did a great job with keeping things socially distanced and sanitized. They performed diagnostics free of charge, they were thorough and suggested a few additional services, however some were surely not needed. They kept the process simple and did not try to urge me into anything I didn't want done, which some other places do. Overall it was a good experience and I would go again.

I needed a new ac system for my Hyundai Santa Fe and decided to try bringing in my car to this establishment. What a great decision for they worked on my car and had it ready at end of day. Reception is very professional with both Dania and Emily keeping me in contact with the progress as well as other findings they saw during general inspection of my vehicle. When it was ready for pickup, the interior was ozoned. For my car’s next oil change I will definitely have them do it at Valley Automotive .
