Outstanding honest service every time we need vehicle service.

I was referred to this shop by a family friend who has been using them for many, many years. My car suddenly broke down and they not only got me in quickly, but their customer service was amazing and they assisted with contact to a towing company that could be added to my overall bill for convenience. Emily was awsome with communicating with me and even assisted with calling Volkswagen to find out that my services were under warrenty and helped schedule and get my car towed there. They made a bad situation much easier to deal with, and I will definitely use them for any future needs!

Very Friendly staff and were great on keeping you updated on the status of your car.

While certainly not cheap they are very thorough and my 20 year old cat and 10 year old car both run great. They send out reminders for possible servicing they might need. Don’t know if you want cheap if you depend on your car to run.

I had a good experience with Valley Auto. They did a great job communicating after diagnosing my car’s issue until completing what needed to be replaced.

Best auto shop ever prices are fair and the status on your vehicle updated every day James at front desk he’s my guy never seen this kinda service satisfying, they will stay after hours to finish the car like man holly that shit was worth it imma probably gonna crash my car purpose for them to fix it like it’s really that good 10/10
