Long time customer here (back to when they were in Hobart). Nobody loves getting their car fixed, but the folks at Valley help make it tolerable. 😊. I love that they have some long serving people who really know the business. Emily is great at helping me navigate all the must have and nice to have options. In terms of where to grow….Would love to see them get faster end to end… getting back on the road sooner.

Bryan and his team have been taking very good care of all my vehicles and very happy with the quality of service, they are all Professional, Courteous and highly trained. I’ve been coming to Bryan’s shop for 12 years and as a retired mechanic I find their work exemplary

Staff is very friendly and took the time to review my needs before and after the repairs. Repairs were done in a timely fashion amd came in close to estimate with no surprises.

Valley Automotive did an outstanding job on a 90s Ford F250 that had been running poorly. Because it's a lifted 4x4 with a large engine, I'd originally taken it to an off-road specialist, but they didn't find anything wrong. After Valley's mechanics were done with the truck, the engine ran perfectly and it felt like it had about twice as much power and acceleration. I also appreciated how polite, professional, and communicative their staff were, as well as the detailed diagnostic report.

Their customer service is amazing!!! They go above and beyond to fully check your vehicle, give you a complete overview of what's needed/recommended by there's no pressure, I was able to decide, with their guidance, what I needed to do now, and what I could wait on.
