We have taken our cars to Brian’s team at Valley Auto for 21 years. We keep coming back first and foremost because they are honest and trustworthy. They work with our budget to help us prioritize repairs and maintenance and build a schedule to keep our cars running. They have serviced our 19 yr old minivan with 270k miles for its lifetime. We’ve never had a breakdown or been stranded. We even do our tires here because of Valley’s care and I got tired of Les Schwab upselling. Valley’s front office staff, Emily and James, are responsible, warm and caring, and responsive to feedback. It feels like family.
