I visited Valley Automotive for the first time on April 8, 2020. I was thoroughly impressed. Their website and literature highlight their efforts to provide top quality service for your car as well as personal, attentive customer care. There is a strong emphasis on customer education. Not unusual goals for any business, but here I thought it was immediately apparent that they walked the talk in every regard and in a big way. Everyone I met, which was many, was extraordinarily pleasant, engaged, and helpful. The shop was clean and appeared highly organized. Their use of software, apps, and social media emphasizes supporting the customer with pertinent information in addition to any one-on-one conversations. They use a fun text program to provide feedback after the basic evaluation of the car is complete. When service is recommended there is an option to educate the owner as to function and importance of that work. Bottom line - I didn't expect a visit to an auto repair shop to be a bright spot in my day. But, this one was!
