I brought in my classic Land Rover with electrical problems. It was fixed and the wiring looks great. What really impressed me were the phone calls with updates on my vehicle and slight corrections with other problems found with my vehicle. I would not hesiate to bring my rover back.

This is the third car in the family that I have brought to Valley Automotive. You do not get the car back until it is FIXED. We have had some weird problems in the cars, and Valley comes through all the time, when other places could never spot the problems. They are thorough, honest and caring. Now, I don't think twice...I just bring our cars to Valley Automotive, knowing I will be very satisfied with the communication and the repairs.

The work was outstanding, the price extremly fair. Communication needs work, as I waited to hear what the total was going to be, I worried my paycheck was going to vaporize, That didnt happen as I found out when I went to pick it up. There is additional work needed, and I asked for a estimate of the repairs to the ABS system to be e-mailed to me, still waiting on that one.

Bryan fit me into his busy schedule. Went out of his way to get our car back on the road with the least impact on our lives. Last month replace defective alternator that he had installed a year ago. Wasn't his fault but he replaced at no charge. Pleasure doing business with him.

Our first experience with Valley Automotive Repair was a reference we received from Les Schwab. I took my Company Vehicle in for Fleet Service and was so impressed with Brian that we brought our 2005 Subaru in for service the night we picked up my Van. The service was stellar, we received phone calls with estimates prior to the service being performed after a thorough inspection had been perfomed. There was a shaking in the steering wheel when the brakes were applied. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it and we even purchased a new set of tires, which Erik loves! The Nordstrom of Automotive Repair, I was not able to pick the Subaru up following a Medical Procedure, they delivered the car to our home!! We are absolutely thrilled with the honesty, integrity and service with Brian and his crew. We will take all of our vehicles there in the future!! Highly regard, you will not be disappointed!! Bryan and crew have gone out of their way to make our camping van long distance ready and even helped get some interior wear and tear repaired (help re screw arm rest covers back on. thank you.
