I felt comfortable leaving my car with Valley Automotive. They did the job I took my car in for. Didn't take too long, and did a great job. Didn't try and high pressure me into other repairs. I will go back.

I WOULD RETURN TO AND RECOMMEND VAE. WHILE PICKING UP MY VEHICLE, THE OWNER CAME OUT AND EXPLAINED MY BILL. WHILE DOING SO, HE DETERMINED THERE WAS A MORE EFFICIENT WAY OF ANALYZING MY VEHICLES ISSUE, SO W/O ME SAYING ANYTHING OR KNOWING BETTER, HE REDUCED MY BILL BY HALF..... GREAT WAY TO EARN BUSINESS! THANKS FOR YOU HONESTY. JEFF

FIRST EXPERIENCE W/VAE AND I WILL NOT HESITATE TO REURN OR RECOMMEND. I WAS QUOTED A PRICE OVER THE PHONE AND WHEN I PICKED UP VEHICLE, THE OWNER CAME OUT AND EXPLAINED THE CHARGES TO ME. AS HE WAS DOING SO, HE REALIZED THEY SHOULD HAVE TRACED THE PROBLEM DIFFERENTLY WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN QUICKER AND LESS EXPENSIVE. HE THEN REDUCED THE BILL BY HALF. I APPRECIATE THE HONESTY.
