When I talked to you on Mon you said it was going to be around 1100 and when I picked it up on Tues it was over $1500. Quit a big difference

We took our car in knowing it needed serious repairs. They itemized the concerns, starting with the ones impacting safety and potential breakdown, then down to the less urgent items. We needed tires and alignment done as well, and they let us know we could get the tires we need at Les Schwab for less than they could offer (they have L.S. complete alignments for them). They took the car over to L.S. to have the tires put on and the alignment done and brought it back to the shop to finish the work. I don't know how many auto shops will tell you someone else has what you need for cheaper and get it completed for you, but I trust the shop that does.

We are always very satisfied with the work performed on our two vehicles. Valley Automotive does very good work.

I have great confidence in the service and honesty of this automotive shop. Who's taking care of my car is not something I have to worry about anymore. Thanks guys!!!

My problem turned out to be a lot smaller than I thought (just needed a new battery), but the service I received was fantastic. I will definitely be heading back the next time I need more work done and I would recommend these guys to even my closest of friends.

Turned one of my cars in for possible repairs to the wheel bearings with fear and trepidation that everything would end up needing to be replaced. The team worked hard to evaluate and diagnose the problems, ultimately determining that everything was just fine. I believe most repair shops would have simply done the repair and not said another word about it.
