Work was completed on time. The shuttle service was a huge plus. My car is feeling much better after the "check up" and minor upkeep. Valley Automotive even noticed a potential future issue and is keeping an eye on it for me. There is no need to fix it yet, but it is really good to have the "heads up" to watch just in case it does become a problem later.

I will be back. I was extremely impressed with the great customer service here. I have never had a service department hand me a detailed description of what was wrong with my car and WITH pictures!! You told me exactly what needed to be done now to keep my car in good condition and you also told me what could wait until later. I have already told several of my firends about you since yesterday!! Fast and courteous. I thought I was in for a huge bill but it just ended up being a battery problem. I appreciated the list of things that need attention but no pressure to do them right away.
