First time customer and I’m so happy I trusted them with putting a new transmission etc in my 2015 Subaru. Wonderful people doing wonderful work. Emily is a joy to coordinate with. Her repair knowledge and compassion is commendable because she is the face of the business during this time of no lobby lingering. The technician stayed past his work day I’m sure, on a Friday night to make sure I could get my car back. Conscientious workers that’s for sure. The fuel pump was the problem and they did that among other things that needed done they definately worked with me on the payment for the extra. I waited to write this review until I drove my vehicle a few times so I could make sure everything was in proper working order. It is working wonderful. So thankful to Valley Automotive they were all so helpful, knowledgeable and even did extra they went over and above. They even sanitized my vehicle before I entered it. That was a nice surprise. I recommend this business to anyone. A great place to do business.
