The exchange was easy, they have a drop off box for your cars keys and online payment system to remain contact less.

Had a great experience with Valley Automotive when getting a diagnostic and repair. Everything was done with no contact and my car was sanitizied. They got the work done quickly and were flexible around my schedule. The estimate was spot on and they didn't give me a hard time about my decisions regarding my vehicle like I've experience at other shops. They called me a few days after service to make sure everything was going well. I have no complaints! I'd recommend them for sure.

What a Great experience at a repair shop. I took a car in that we were looking at buying for my granddaughter. The team fit me into their busy schedule and within a couple of hours I had a VERY detailed picture of the vehicle with requirements, recommendations and areas that were in good shape. Plus a complete cost estimate for each of the noted areas so I could plan. Emily made sure the car was completely sanitized when we picked up the car and carefully went over the entire check list. I will be back as this is a very trust worthy operation.They have gained my confidence.
