Valley’s use of technology to enhance the customer experience is very impressive. They use text updates and detailed vehicle repots very effectively. It makes it nice to know the status of your vehicle and to have a report of recommended services However, that does not take the place of personal customer service. Emily is very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a great experience with them and would highly recommend this company!!

Valley automotive saved my Christmas for my son and I to be able to give the gift of time to each other and go up in the snow 4-wheeling with the SUV that was in their shop for service. On Christmas Eve when my radiator failed during a transmission service they went out of their way to not only find another radiator and install it but staid after hours to complete the job.
