I would recommend them to anyone! Their communication is amazing, they are very friendly and most importantly they are thorough in what they do & VERY knowledgeable! When they are finished they give you a very detailed report WITH pictures that explain what is good on your car, what will soon need attention, and what needs immediate servicing. That was much appreciated! I wouldn’t hesitate to go here again or steer others their way!

I would like to say that I am a 66 year old woman with no mechanical skills or knowledge at all. A mechanic could tell me I need a new engine and I would not know any different. With that said Valley Automotive Repair and Electric has treated me like I was a family member since I stumbled upon their business several years ago. ALL of the staff there has been kind, respectful and able to explain to me the condition and needs of my car in a manner that I can understand. At that time my car needed a great deal of work. After they performed a complete inspection, they broke down in detail what work my car needed to have completed in order of importance and worked with me each month to whittle away on each job as my funds would allow. I strongly recommend this company to everyone who needs a mechanic to rely on.....

Had a vexing problem that others couldn't seem to diagnose... an electrical problem which drained the battery when the vehicle sat for a length of time. Went through two batteries over the course of three years, and a lot of inconvenience. Valley Auto found the problem quickly, ordered the part, and fixed the situation. I will use Valley Auto again and I will recommend them to anyone.
