My experience at valley automotive was really good, i put my chevy in for some service (oil change, brake pads and rotors) and I'm really impressed. I recieved text message updates, my truck was done really fast, next day) and I was lent a loaner. Their customer service was outstanding from the moment I arrived, Angie's efficiency and friendliness really made it a pleasant experience, she made the drop off and pick up of loaner very quick and easy while maintaining a safe and clean environment especially during these times of COVID. Emily's knowledge and communication is amazing, she really "knows her stuff" and was able to answer all my questions and put them in terms I was able to understand. As for the mechanics their work speaks for themselves, their fast and my truck is running beautifully. Would definitely recommend if looking for a mechanic.

I visited Valley Automotive for the first time on April 8, 2020. I was thoroughly impressed. Their website and literature highlight their efforts to provide top quality service for your car as well as personal, attentive customer care. There is a strong emphasis on customer education. Not unusual goals for any business, but here I thought it was immediately apparent that they walked the talk in every regard and in a big way. Everyone I met, which was many, was extraordinarily pleasant, engaged, and helpful. The shop was clean and appeared highly organized. Their use of software, apps, and social media emphasizes supporting the customer with pertinent information in addition to any one-on-one conversations. They use a fun text program to provide feedback after the basic evaluation of the car is complete. When service is recommended there is an option to educate the owner as to function and importance of that work. Bottom line - I didn't expect a visit to an auto repair shop to be a bright spot in my day. But, this one was!
