I've been taking my vehicles to Valley Auto for over many years now and they've been able to solve my car problems in a timely fashion. They communicate very well and keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. They have good customer service and act and show that they care about you and your vehicle. I highly recommend them. There's not a long time to wait when scheduling an appointment. It's anywhere from 1 day to a week. They also give you this detailed report that I used to just keep track on what needs to be repaired on my vehicle.

You guys did a quick diagnostic for me I doubt I'd be on file, it was for a friend. It was something the cheap OBD2 scanners couldn't pick up. Cyl #2 bad plug problem solved. I still can't figure out why I left half a review and pocket-dialed a few characters at the end. I think it was you guys, I was there, Google asked for the review.

It was great! I loved the turn around time and talking with the staff; so friendly and helpful with any questions I had, which is especially nice since I get a bit insecure about my car knowledge. I loved that I was able to communicate with them via text as well since I teach during the day and can't always answer phone calls. This was my second time going to them and both experiences have been great.
