I brought my truck in for some alignment issues following an accident, which typically complicates any repair. They swapped a few parts, performed an alignment, and got my truck back to me. One of the parts still didn't feel quite right when I got it back from them, so they got me back in right away and fixed my lingering issues free of charge. Very professional, and my truck isn't showing any signs of steering or alignment issues!

I had to find a new mechanic. I read many of their reviews and was impressed. I figured let's give it a try. I was initially quoted a certain amount for a few items that needed to be replaced. I received a thorough report of what needed to be done. When they took the certain part apart they found out that item did not need to be replaced but it did need a good solid fix. It appears that the other mechanic did a cheap fix on that that certain part. They explained why the part did not need replacement. They asked me if I was hearing a noise when I would drive. I replied yes. They said by fixing that part I should not hear the noise any more. I drove my car and yes they were RIGHT I do not hear the noise anymore. Valley Automotive by being HONEST they SAVED me a lot of money. With the COVID-19 they were quick to fix my car and followed safety protocols to keep themselves and their customers safe. They returned my car clean. I would HIGHLY recommend Valley Automotive. You will not be disappointed. Their reviews definitely speak VOLUME. Thank you Valley Automotive I have found my mechanic!!!
