"The transparency, the care, and the service this establishment gives redefined how I approach mechanics." I've used this business once in the past and dear lord I will not go anywhere else. My original experience with them was back loosely around 2017, maybe 2018. They helped do some tuning up and did a comprehensive look over my car, and the service was outstanding (price wasn't bad either). Now I live much further away in the Yelm area and I drove from where I live out to here just to receive the same service and.. oh boy did they deliver. These people go above and beyond and set new standards that everyone should be aware of. The transparency, the care, and the service this establishment gives redefined how I approach mechanics. Not only were they very clear on the price, not only did they communicate throughout the entire process via text and email, not only did they have a FULL WEBSITE on what was going on with my car, the recommendations, and the things that were critical to fix, but there was NO surprise changes to the total when we went up to pay. What we communicated over the phone is what I paid. No additional taxes, fees, service charges... Nothing. They included the window replacement in the cost they gave me, and I didn't pay a dime over what was communicated. On top of that, I received an entire breakdown and summary on what was fixed, how it was fixed, and what other things needed to be fixed and how much that would cost! These people are next level. There's more I can talk about what they did right, but I'm pushing the review's length. Definitely would recommend. In a time of bad service and low trust among businesses, this place is a complete standout and sets new customer service standards. Trust these people, they're worth your time and money.
