Excellent is not a rating given often when first engaging an automotive repair company. This company is an exception to any I’ve experienced. I chose to spend my day in their waiting lounge, but he was ready to ferry me back to my house several miles away and to pick me up when my truck was ready. Staying there was easy to do because of the very comfortable crunches, pillows, coffee, tea and shared WiFi. I paid close attention to Bryan (owner) and his interactions with his employees, many phone calls and face-to-face conversations with many customers. He’s a straight shooter whose vehicle knowledge is broad and deep. He sent an experienced staff out for the day to expand her customer service knowledge and leadership skills. He said that furthering his employees’ knowledge was a great way to retain great employees. He took her job over for the day in addition to running his company. His several mechanics were all very well spoken, knowledgeable and clearly enjoyed their interactions with Bryan. Give this company a chance to treat you with the respect you deserve. Their quality work and very fair pricing will reward your effort and earn your trust.

Brian and his group always provide great service. Yesterday it was an oil change and some questions about the differential on our car. They do all the work on our cars from small routine to the big…..fair price, on time and quality work. We don’t go anywhere else.

I was so impressed by the clean, efficient, quality service that I received. My Yukon runs great now. They listed out what was most important to repair with estimates. There was no pressure, but I received honest advice. Very impressed with the whole experience.

First time customer. Service was good, clean facility, nice people and helpful. Prices were fare compared to a dealer. They do a check list of items on your vehicle when being serviced to let you know what needs to be serviced next, if anything. Only two miner complains from me. They need a TV to watch while waiting and I could smell exhaust fumes in the waiting room while there. Other than that, it was a good experience.
