I live in Oregon and when the engine light in my 1999 Honda Passport came on, I had no idea who I could take my car to . Going on the Internet was a challenge, but ALL the reviews of Valley Automotive were Excellent, and now I can add mine to them. They communicated with me all the way along, even staying late the first day I came in to give me a complete breakdown of cost and what they had found. It was a MAJOR job that needed to be done, including replacing a gasket in the manifold and replacing the timing belt and water pump, among other "odds and ends". The price was very reasonable, but it was the attention to the details of my vehicle and the knowledge of all. The shop is clean, the staff is friendly and all are knowledgeable. I cannot say enough good things, but a big THANK YOU to all.

Valley Automotive has a professional, experienced and honest service team. My car was in for an oil change and Bryan and his team notified me that my shocks were leaking. I was surprised because about 2 weeks earlier I had another company install new shocks. He recommended I take my car back for the other company to repair. I was very appreciative of his advice. Great service and great people

We just moved to the area and found ourselves needing a mechanic. We didn't know anyone here to ask, so we looked online. We found two places and chose Valley Automotive because they had so many great reviews. They definitely lived up to what everyone had said about them. They were honest about a problem that was under warranty with Toyota and sent it to them to fix for free instead of fixing it themselves and getting paid. We also had planned to go out of town on vacation on a road trip and needed some extra work done so we could leave by Monday morning and one of their amazing mechanics put in some extra time and he fixed our van so it would be ready for us to take Monday morning. They went above and beyond, over and over again, during the days our van was being fixed and we cannot thank them enough for everything! We are so thankful to have a mechanic in the area who we know we can trust and really cares..
