I highly recommend Valley Automotive - I appreciate their honesty and commitment to excellent customer service. Emily always listens to my concerns and then after Brian and his team look at my car, she explains the issues in terms I can understand so I feel comfortable taking my car to the shop. The whole team in the office is personable and greets me by name which is refreshing in this day and age where customer service is almost non existent. When my car is sick, I wouldn't even think about taking it anywhere but to Valley Automotive!

I brought my Mazda 3 here a few months ago after having a bad experience at the previous shop I was using. They gave me a ride home and had the repairs done quickly considering the amount of work I needed. Fast forward to last week and I had an issue with my Jeep running rough. I dropped it off on a Thursday as I was headed south for a wedding. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had the work completed the following day. They even brought my jeep back to my house while I was in Oregon and it was in my driveway ready to go when I got home. That kind of service sets them apart. Not only do they go above and beyond but they seem to be honest and upfront about the repairs needed and the available options. I also appreciate all of the work they are putting into the shop they moved into in Covington. The place was an eyesore before they moved in and they have really cleaned it up and made it a welcoming place. I will be bringing my vehicles here for the foreseeable future!
