First time customer. Service was good, clean facility, nice people and helpful. Prices were fare compared to a dealer. They do a check list of items on your vehicle when being serviced to let you know what needs to be serviced next, if anything. Only two miner complains from me. They need a TV to watch while waiting and I could smell exhaust fumes in the waiting room while there. Other than that, it was a good experience.

i needed a second opinion on a problem with my car and feel confident the mechanic diagnosed it and was able to do the work the same day. I had been having this issue for over 2 years which the dealership I've always gone to & trust, never got tot he bottom of, which was frustrating, It was a costly fix, but I have new life in my '06 vehicle. A friend recommended Valley Auto and they took care of my car & concerns. Great customer service.

Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. They did a full inspection and helped get me back on the road in my car. Emily, provided updates and let me know how the process was going. I will definetly return with my cars.

Very thorough. I have never seen a break down so detailed nor as in depth. I look forward to using their inspection for purchasing a new / used vehicle!

Valley Automotive does it again! The customer service is AWESOME! So glad I was able to get my brakes fixed just in time for the snow! I'll be back and would recommend!
