Customer service is great (they are willing to take a little time to explain things). The quality of the work is unbeatable. In every case (my coworkers and I have sent our vehicles here multiple times), the area of the repair was clean, precise, and exactly as intended from the OEM. I am a bit of a backyard mechanic, and when I do not have time to do a repair on my own vehicle, this is the only shop I trust to do the level of quality mechanical work that I expect. Some people have commented on their prices being high, and sure; there are places that are quite a bit cheaper. I have tried out many of these places myself - it isn't worth the cheaper price. These people are worth every penny of what they charge and their prices really are not out of line with the true cost of things. They really care about what they do even though their best work is frequently hidden under the hood.

I found this shop very detailed and found problems other shops overlooked and most were of a safety concern. So that makes me happy to know there were found and fixed once and for all. There scheduling process and updating me, so I didn't have to call was great. I will use this shop 100% from now on for all auto/truck services

This place was my favorite when they were in Maple Valley and I'm happy to be reunited with them at their new location in Covington. They still provide terrific service, still don't try to rip you off or do any unnecessary extras, and still help you prioritize the work that should be done on your vehicle. I never feel upsold or taken advantage of by this shop and they do good work. Great front desk staff too! Highly recommend.

Best shop in south king county! If you need any work done in your car these guy's have the white glove treatment!!
