FIRST EXPERIENCE W/VAE AND I WILL NOT HESITATE TO REURN OR RECOMMEND. I WAS QUOTED A PRICE OVER THE PHONE AND WHEN I PICKED UP VEHICLE, THE OWNER CAME OUT AND EXPLAINED THE CHARGES TO ME. AS HE WAS DOING SO, HE REALIZED THEY SHOULD HAVE TRACED THE PROBLEM DIFFERENTLY WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN QUICKER AND LESS EXPENSIVE. HE THEN REDUCED THE BILL BY HALF. I APPRECIATE THE HONESTY. My expectations were not only met but exceed, by the front and the back office. First time customer. Took my 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 in for an electrical issue. Technicians were able to locate the battery draw down & fix it. Quick work at a very fair price. Will definitely be going back. Would highly recommend VAE.

We got the right job done at the right price with this great local company. They also inspected my Durango and had a list of things I should consider having them repair when I had the time and money. No Pressure just honest repir work at a fiar price.
