While this visit was for routne oil change, as always - great service. They are the go-to for things automotive in our house!

The folks at Valley Automotive are extremely helpful and courteous, but most of all, they listen to the customer and sincerely try to help the customer to make the right decision. We have been customers of Valley Automotive for the last several years and Brian and his crew have done an excellent job for us. They were even able to repair an air conditioner for $35 which we were told elsewhere would cost us $450 and it is still working fine after 2 years! We have also recommended friends to Valley Automotive and they have been very pleased with the service they have received there and the information that was provided to them about their vehicles.

Vehicle quit working at another location. Had to have it towed to Valley Auto on Monday. They were able to get it diagnosed and repaired by Wednesday afternoon. Since it needed a fuel pump and fuel filter and was close to needing a tune-up and oil change, I had them do that also. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Finally, I have found a trustworthy, reliable neighborhood automotive shop! Valley Automotive provides great customer service, excellent work, & timely repair. When I dropped off my car for an oil change & brake repair, Bryan, the owner, shuttled me back home because their driver wasn’t available right then. Bryan was very attentive as I mentioned other car concerns to him & he said they will check things out. Extra repair & maintenance work was needed on my older car to get it running smoothly again. Marena at the Office was very informative and explained things really well so I could understand what & why certain things were needed to be done. I had a limited budget to spend on car repair, so she offered to prioritize the list between those needing immediate attention and what could wait later. After repairs were done, a new part that was installed was found defective during the test drive – the mechanics caught it & took care of it right away. Noah, their driver, picked me up the next day and he was very courteous & friendly. Everyone at Valley Automotive treats you like family. The car brakes work wonderfully; the gas pedal no longer “sticks”; and other maintenance service has my car running so smoothly! I have peace of mind because I know my car is safe & reliable. Kudos to everyone at Valley Automotive and many thanks for your excellent work & customer service. You have my business & I will refer others to you!
