They had a problem getting the right part and then one that wasn't defective. They made my little Focus a priority and got it fixed with minimal delay for a price I'm sure was cheaper than Ford.

They checked out the issues and emailed me the list so we could discuss potential repairs. It was great to see the estimate and it made it easier to make a decision. Marena did a great job - thanks!

The car needed a lot of work and had been running poorly for a while. We really appreciated that they started with the obvious problem and sent us home to see if the issue was resolved. When it wasn't they completed the rest of the work. Most likely, other shops would have told us it all needed to be done without making the extra effort to make sure we weren't paying for any work we didn't need. We feel confident we are getting treated fairly every time we take one of our cars in.

These folks are very helpful, efficient, and have reasonable prices. When I started hearing a high pitched tune coming from the back end of my car , I thought a recorder was stuck in my car somewhere. But, I learned about "squealers" from Marina and was able to get my brakes replaced quickly.

The crew is fabulous from the executive all the way to the part timer... You are all wonderful.. You handle the standard needs (oil changes, inspections, brakes) with ease as well as the more difficult (wiring the horse trailer and dealing with its wheels, and the astro van steps coming off and its lift mechanism for the back window)...Great community business for support as well as service. FIRST EXPERIENCE W/VAE AND I WILL NOT HESITATE TO REURN OR RECOMMEND. I WAS QUOTED A PRICE OVER THE PHONE AND WHEN I PICKED UP VEHICLE, THE OWNER CAME OUT AND EXPLAINED THE CHARGES TO ME. AS HE WAS DOING SO, HE REALIZED THEY SHOULD HAVE TRACED THE PROBLEM DIFFERENTLY WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN QUICKER AND LESS EXPENSIVE. HE THEN REDUCED THE BILL BY HALF. I APPRECIATE THE HONESTY. A GREAT WAY TO EARN BUSINESS. THANKS, JEFF
