Great service, fair pricing, honesty in telling me what my car needs to have done and what I can put off for a little while.

Every time I've gone there I've had a great experience. The only thing that could be better would be if car repair was free!

We only had an oil change done, but it was done on schedule and within the time frame requested. Marina is always very helpful and we appreciate the fact that she keeps us informed about when the car will be or is ready, what else might need to be done, etc.

Bryan and his staff have been providing me peace of mind through their technical competence and ethical practice for ten years. Trust them.

I have had several repairs and they were allways completed on or before the time they had given. It's nice when a business is concerned about the customers schedule.

Our old '79 Suburban recently had a catastrophic failure of the cooling system. We had it towed to Valley Automotive where they immediately accepted the vehicle, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and had the vehicle back to us very quickly in spite of the "no appointment" nature of the incident. They even gave me an immediate 15 mile ride to my home when we had our truck towed to their facility. My family is very pleased with Valley Automotive.

Overall good service. Polite, reasonable value, timely, straight forward diagnostic, kept informed on progress, no upsell, rewards program.

Another great experience with Valley Auto! On a routine oil change, Steve noted that our water pump was leaking, although it didn't drip on the ground. We scheduled a date to change the pump and although the part was delivered late on a Friday afternoon and I was warned that likely we would need to reschedule, Anthony stayed late to complete the job, so that I didn't have to reschedule or be without my car an additional day. I really appreciate how each person at Valley Auto goes out of there to take care of me! Thank you!
