Covington Auto Repair

Recently had extensive work done on both my Infiniti and my Ford truck. The work was done right, on time and everything possible was done to minimize the cost and inconvenience to me. Won't take my cars anywhere else now and highly recommend.

As always, work was done timely and very well. I like the "continuity of care" we get from visit to visit; they know our cars, work done and what's needed - and get it done for a very fair cost. We have the utmost confidence in the work Valley Automotive does!

Our experience with Valley has been excellent. Being new to the Maple Valley area, we didn't know which auto shop we could trust. But from word of mouth and reading a few online reviews, we knew this was the place. And we were right. Every one of the staff members we worked with were amazing. Thoughtful, patient, and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to get work done that wasn't necessary, but was informed of work that could, and possibly should be done in the future. I liked being aware of the workings of my car, without feeling 'car illiterate'. :) They really do great work, and are extremely friendly. Go to Valley with your repair needs, you won't be disappointed.

They have been very wonderful. Marena is great to work with. She made it easy sending out emails to me about what is going on with the vehicle. I feel like family. They defenitly have gone above and beyond the call of duty. I will defenitly be coming back for any other issues or even just an oil change. I think I have also convinced my mom and dad to take their car to Valley Automotive for any repairs needed on their car.
