Our old '79 Suburban recently had a catastrophic failure of the cooling system. We had it towed to Valley Automotive where they immediately accepted the vehicle, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and had the vehicle back to us very quickly in spite of the "no appointment" nature of the incident. They even gave me an immediate 15 mile ride to my home when we had our truck towed to their facility. My family is very pleased with Valley Automotive.

Another great experience with Valley Auto! On a routine oil change, Steve noted that our water pump was leaking, although it didn't drip on the ground. We scheduled a date to change the pump and although the part was delivered late on a Friday afternoon and I was warned that likely we would need to reschedule, Anthony stayed late to complete the job, so that I didn't have to reschedule or be without my car an additional day. I really appreciate how each person at Valley Auto goes out of there to take care of me! Thank you!

I have been going to Valley Automotive for nearly ten years. Their service, honesty and integrity is second to none. I have taken my cars to local oil change places or tires store and they try to upsell me and give me a laundry list of what needs to be done on the vehicle. I bring that list to Bryan and he lets me know what is really urgent and what could be done later. Plus, last I checked, Valley Automotive Repair and Electric charges less than any other mechanic in the area. Reduce the stress in your life (at least when it comes to your vehicles) and make Valley your #1 place to take your vehicles to.

Deciding whether or not to junk a car that has been in our family since 2006 was a difficult decision. The staff (Marena) at Valley Auto was friendly and extremely informative on what needed to be done to save this beautiful car. They were patient and understanding and after a few days of deciding -- we got the car fixed. The vehicle still needs a little work, but the staff helped to make a decision and draw up a game plan to get it running back to full capacity . I would definitely recommend this honest and friendly mechanic shop to others.

Because of the friendly, honest service that I have received from Valley Automotive -- we have decided to keep our car that we have had for many years and put alot of money into. Originally we were gonna junk it, but because of a realistic diagnosis of what it would take to fix it and all the help with breaking down what needs to be done first. We have had no further issues with the performance of the car even though there are still quite a few repairs needed. I would refer anyone to Valley Automotive because of these reasons -- from a very satisfied customer.
