FIRST EXPERIENCE W/VAE AND I WILL NOT HESITATE TO REURN OR RECOMMEND. I WAS QUOTED A PRICE OVER THE PHONE AND WHEN I PICKED UP VEHICLE, THE OWNER CAME OUT AND EXPLAINED THE CHARGES TO ME. AS HE WAS DOING SO, HE REALIZED THEY SHOULD HAVE TRACED THE PROBLEM DIFFERENTLY WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN QUICKER AND LESS EXPENSIVE. HE THEN REDUCED THE BILL BY HALF. I APPRECIATE THE HONESTY. It's nice to be able to send my 16 y/o daughter in to get repairs and know it will be done correctly. Thanks Marena for keeping her entertained while waiting and letting her follow you around and not leave her in the waiting room with the "creepy" guy.

My expectations were not only met but exceed, by the front and the back office. I stopped in after work one day to see if i could get some warranty work preformed on my truck all to arrive 5 mins after closing. Bryan and his crew all jumped outside in the front parking lot fixed it and sent me on my way with a smile. stand up company and crew.

First time customer. Took my 2001 Dodge Ram 3500 in for an electrical issue. Technicians were able to locate the battery draw down & fix it. Quick work at a very fair price. Will definitely be going back. Would highly recommend VAE.

We got the right job done at the right price with this great local company. They also inspected my Durango and had a list of things I should consider having them repair when I had the time and money. No Pressure just honest repir work at a fiar price.

Made an appointment for my wife's car, which their scheduling software deleted on their system. We showed up at the appointed time, and caught them off guard due to the software mishap. They confirmed the appointment via e-mails, and then proceeded to go above and beyond to make up for the error. The car was done later than anticipated, due to the scheduling error, but the work was done perfectly, and the final bill came in exactly at the estimate. A great experience overall.
