Our experience with Valley has been excellent. Being new to the Maple Valley area, we didn't know which auto shop we could trust. But from word of mouth and reading a few online reviews, we knew this was the place. And we were right. Every one of the staff members we worked with were amazing. Thoughtful, patient, and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to get work done that wasn't necessary, but was informed of work that could, and possibly should be done in the future. I liked being aware of the workings of my car, without feeling 'car illiterate'. :) They really do great work, and are extremely friendly. Go to Valley with your repair needs, you won't be disappointed.

They have been very wonderful. Marena is great to work with. She made it easy sending out emails to me about what is going on with the vehicle. I feel like family. They defenitly have gone above and beyond the call of duty. I will defenitly be coming back for any other issues or even just an oil change. I think I have also convinced my mom and dad to take their car to Valley Automotive for any repairs needed on their car.

The brakes on our Pontiac did not stay fixed when we got them "repaired" somewhere else. Of course, this was right after the warrantee expired. We had read rave reviews about Valley Auto Electric and decided to give them a shot. Valley's office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. So far, the brakes have stayed fixed. We are NEVER going back to that other place.My only gripe would be that Valley has no amenities like a waiting room, free wireless, etc., but they did offer to drop me off and pick me up at my house. They made good on the latter offer, so I'm not complaining, just level setting expectations. Valley Auto is not fancy, just honest and reliable.!~}>
