My husband's 2007 Toyota Camry's Park-Reverse gear shift began to stick when he shifted it. He originally contacted a Toyota dealership to schedule an appointment to have the Service Department examine the problem and advise what work would have to be performed to repair/replace it. After he hung up, I inquired whether he thought it would be a good idea to let Valley Automotive Electric check it out first. He immediately called Valley and made an appointment to have them examine his Camry the following morning. We dropped it off around 9:00am. Within a couple hours, Emily called him and advised what the problem was and gave him a verbal quote as to the cost of repair. It was very reasonable. We drove back to Valley Automotive within the hour. Valley had also found a couple of additional problems which he will have done within the next 30 days.
