This is the first service we had done on our 2001 Acura that wasn't with the dealer. For a $30 oil change, they completed a full inspection and let us know recommended repairs in order of urgency. Even though our car has a lot of miles, they suggested only a transmission flush as a need and prioritized things that would be necessary down the road so we could plan the expense of the bigger repairs. They also advised that a few of their services could be done cheaper at Les Schwab, but sold their high quality of parts and work guarantees. Their honesty and attitude to not push for work that isn't necessary yet makes us feel much more secure in trusting what does need to be repaired. Everyone was really nice, too.

Routine tune up was performed after misfiring interrupted normal driving. Good job by all hands

I recently had my oil changed at Valley Auto for the first time. I was really impressed by the service and the diagnostic report. It included photos comparing the color of my fluids as well as photos of other areas of concerns. Very impressive!

I like the fact that each repair or maintenance procedure is explained to me clearly and concisely. My young adult children are patiently taught about care care. If Valley Auto personnel don't immediately know what is wrong they say so and assume responsibility to find out! Pricing is competitive and reflects all factors involving our family needs and the automobiles' needs. Often we hear things like "this repair can wait for now, but this one must be done right away." I feel safer with their good work riding on my wheels!

Work was completed on time. The shuttle service was a huge plus. My car is feeling much better after the "check up" and minor upkeep. Valley Automotive even noticed a potential future issue and is keeping an eye on it for me. There is no need to fix it yet, but it is really good to have the "heads up" to watch just in case it does become a problem later.

I will be back. I was extremely impressed with the great customer service here. I have never had a service department hand me a detailed description of what was wrong with my car and WITH pictures!! You told me exactly what needed to be done now to keep my car in good condition and you also told me what could wait until later. I have already told several of my firends about you since yesterday!! Thank you for making it so easy.
