Valley Automotive has earned my business by being friendly, professional, and always providing a thorough explanation of what is wrong with my vehicle . I appreciate how fast they get my vehicle in to work on. They have excellent customer service and the complimentary ride back to my house when I need to drop my vehicle off is a really nice perk . I trust them to do a great job and they've never let me down!

My experience with Valley Automotic Electric is always great. I can trust them to do the right thing, and not oversell me on things I don't need. I am only bummed now that they are in Covington and not MV anymore, so a little more inconvenient to get there.

Great experience with Valley Automotive. I received an honest diagnosis and explanation of repair. The mechanic working on my car went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was going on with my car. He showed me the defective parts, performed a full inspection, and had my car back and running a lot sooner than expected. He found a couple more leaks that a big dealership near Sumner didn't find prior to bringing the car to Valley Automotive. Pricing matched the big dealership I had my car at previously.

Service was quick and the employees were phenomenal.

Wow, first time there and i can already tell that they are great people! They take the time to get the job done right and do not try and scam you into getting services done you dont need which is GREAT. I will for sure be returning! They provide photo proof of what needs to be done and that realy makes the trust level go up and on top of that they provide comp rides home when u drop your car off if needed.... great place with very reasonable prices.

Had I gone to Valley Automotive Electric with my electrical issue before going to the Dealer and another shop I would have saved over $600. When the others couldn't determine the problem Valley Automotive got it right the first time. They went above and beyond to help me get to and from their shop.
