I took my 2007 lexus is350 here because it wouldn’t start due to a cable short in the positive side of the battery the car would turn off randomly and it was stressing me out because i was told it would be a big and expensive fix by other people but here they got it all fixed in a day and for a good price and also gave me a very easy link of my vehicle report which was also very helpful. Definitely coming back again

Like everyone else, I have been to many shops over the last 25 years. Valley Automotive has put ALL other shops I have been to, to shame. This is why I have been consistently driving passed many other shops and taking longer trips just to get my vehicle to Valley Automotive. Every employee I have talked to has been extremely helpful and accommodating as much as possible. Their mechanics have been the most thorough in not only finding the issues with my vehicles but in providing me with the best and most accurate information as to the problems, the solutions and the actual severity of the issues at hand. This is the only shop I have ever dealt with that has provided timely updates and feedback to include the actual mechanic working on my vehicle. The reports and photos and documentation is second to none. Because of this, I will continue to drive by those other shops just to get my car here.

We love this place! We take our cars here (Tahoe, 350z, 2003 beetle, and a work van) for routine service and issues. They are honest and don’t pressure. I will say they are not in “cheap” but they take pride in the work and have always kept their word on their service warranties, so for the extra piece of mind, it’s fair. And everyone is so nice and pleasant, that’s a great bonus!
