Honest and good, would use again

I trust Integrity completely with my vehicles and have been a loyal customer for a couple of decades. They have wonderful employees. Integrity is an honest, professional, reliable and efficient company. When I first started using them and financial times were pretty tight, they even helped me navigate through needed repairs in the best way possible; scheduling work in order of importance making it possible to stay within my budget. Very grateful!

Car problems are zero percent fun, however the staff at Valley Auto make it as painless as possible. Emily has been super helpful and is a great bridge between the customer & the staff in the garage. Everything was explained to me in a way I understood, I felt like I was given honest advice, plus her coworker at the front desk was also extremely patient with a frustrated customer that he was dealing with. The turn around on my car was within a day (it could have been the day of, but I couldn’t make it back before they closed). Overall, great customer service and a great experience with a not so fun situation.

My vehicle was stolen in the recent wave of Hyundai and Kia thefts. Unfortunately, because so many of these cars were being stolen I couldn’t find a shop to repair my broken out window and major ignition damage once it was recovered. I finally found this shop through family friends and they immediately worked with me to arrange for my vehicle to be towed in and repaired. The employees are very friendly and more responsive to questions and information requests than any other shop I’ve worked with. They also kept me up to date on their communication with my insurance claim agent. I was able to receive updates whenever I asked, and was always informed of changes to the completion timeline or expected repairs in a timely manner. I recommend this shop for the quality repair job and for the customer service experience. You may find a cheaper option elsewhere but if you want to be treated well I 100% recommend them.

Recently took my truck in for DEF issues and from beginning to end the process was smooth and professional. All issues were clearly explained and communicated to me. I would highly recommend this shop for vehicle repairs. I will say it is on the more expensive side but it was well worth the cost. You pay for what you get.
