Fantastic Service and workmanship!!

I have taken my truck to 5 different places for tire balancing over 4 years due to a shake. None of them could get it right and now it was fixed by valley auto. They performed some other services recommended which helped smooth gear shifting. Thank you for making sure everything was done right.

Besides that, they are also friendly and good listeners. When they give me a quote, they always try to make the actual charge come out lower if they can. Great local business. Communication was clear, concise and timely. Had an evaluation done on my vehicle after being told it needed new brakes, Valley Automative could have easily done that, I would have been none the wiser. Instead, they let me know brake service was not warranted and provided a list of recommended services needed. I especially like that they shut down business for 1 hour for lunch, this tells me they value their employees, many places do not emphasize downtime like this. I really enjoyed my experience and will be utilizing their services in the future.
