I asked them to take a look at the electrical system as I was having strange issues with it and I was happy with the feedback they provided and Emily in the office went out of her way to communicate progress with me while I was out of town.

I brought my Audi S4 into Valley Automotive Electric for an oil change and to diagnose a noise. They were quick to determine what the noise was and what needed to be done to fix the problem. The oil change, and what turned out to be a differential fluid change was done and they even delayed the work to ensure that the correct fluids were used on my car and communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. The car has been noise-free since I picked it back up. I am new to the area and will definitely be back to have my car as well as my girlfriends Subaru Outback serviced by these folks in the near future.
