Good customer service. But they misdiagnosed my electrical problem twice. The first misdiagnosis cost me $140, the second would have cost me $700 if i hadn't found the problem myself. Also told me my vehicle was fixed and ready to go, when it wasn't. Made it right in the end.
Tim, thank you for taking the time to give a fair review of my business. I apologize for the multiple mistakes we made in attempting to repair your vehicle. We did not meet your expectations in any way when you came to pick up your vehicle. Your truck was not fixed and completed as we had promised earlier. Furthermore, we attempted to diagnose it while you waited. This hurried our procedure and that was also a mistake. This is not a standard practice of ours. I understand that we cannot be perfect, but I do attempt to rectify any issue that I am aware of. As of this time I have attempted to call you and send you a letter and I await your response.
