I am glad I found Valley Automotive, I will have them do service on all my vehicles, they are knowledgeable, friendly and do great dependable work.

Emily and Sarah were AWESOME! The work came in under bid and even though I approved the work late in the day, they still found a way to get it done that day! They even helped arrange a way for me to pick the car up after hours. Brakes feel great, engine belt isn't squeaking, and my car's never driven better. The whole team did a great job.Thanks,Chris

Trying out Valley Automotive after a a really terrible experience somewhere else. Met with Brian and he walked me through how their garage works and what to expect and he listened to me and my thoughts and concerns. Scheduled an appt. They kept me informed throughout the day and helped me make proper decisions in how to proceed with an 11 yrs vehicle that I will only have for 11 more months. I am not looking to dump money into the vehicle, but keep it running and safe. No pressure to do more than necessary and helpful with prioritizing repairs. Every call was friendly even when I was annoyed with the amount of repairs needed. They always returned my call even when I didn't leave a voicemail. Hoping we have found our new garage for our household vehicles. Looking forward to working with them.

The customer service was superior to most any other company I have done business with. I used the early key drop so Emily called to confirm that they had the car/key, then she called to tell me it was in the shop, emailed a diagnostic report and estimate, talked me through the recommended repairs/maintenance, called to let me know when they thought they have the work completed, and then called to say it was finished and I could pick it up. The mechanical work seems excellent as well and for a very fair price.

This is a great company to work with. When you bring your car in for service they take the time to understand the situation, test drive if necessary, and when problem is understood they take the time to make sure you understand why it needs to be fixed and what your options are if the repair is not in your budget right now. I would always recommend them.

Valley Automotive was great when my car had unexpected problems. They ruled out problems without doing unnecessary work and targeted the root cause. The work came in under the estimate and when they said it would be done. I highly recommend these folks!

Since using them about 6 years ago I will not use anyone else, I trust them that much.
