This was my first visit to the new location but as always, your staff is incredibly thorough on checking the vehicle. You provided feedback on best practices for length of oil changes & even gave a website reference to educate myself further. Slightly concerning that my new 2016 SUV with only 22k miles is starting a leak but I'm grateful for the technicians catching that & for Emily to explain things clearly. Thanks again!

Valley did exactly what they promised to do at the price they quoted. My only complaint is that they left the protection materials on the floor and seat which I had to discard. However, leaving them in the vehicle is preferrable to not using them!
