Long time customer here (back to when they were in Hobart). Nobody loves getting their car fixed, but the folks at Valley help make it tolerable. 😊. I love that they have some long serving people who really know the business. Emily is great at helping me navigate all the must have and nice to have options. In terms of where to grow….Would love to see them get faster end to end… getting back on the road sooner.

Staff is very friendly and took the time to review my needs before and after the repairs. Repairs were done in a timely fashion amd came in close to estimate with no surprises.

Staff was very courteous and professional. I especially like that they kept me up to date via text messages and provided an electronic copy of my diagnostic report. They weren't at all pushy to have extra work done.
