The experience was good. It's nice to hear a cheery voice on the phone. The price was fair and they were honest with what needed to be repaired. We are very happy with the fix, our vehicle drives and stops great now. Would recommend them to anyone.

The employees Emily and Andrea provided a great, excellent customer service. They constantly provided me feedback and details about my car. I was impressed with their professionalism and the ability to get the maintenance done in a reasonable time frame. They answered my questions and did not try to talk me into anything I didn't need. I would certainly give them a good recommendation.

Engine light was flashing in my son's new car. Called Valley and they advised it not be driven, so gave us the number to get it towed. Such an easy process, car was picked up and we didn't have to go to the shop until all work was diagnosed and completed to pick up the car. Even though we hadn't scheduled a service and they had to order parts, we had his car back in 2 days. We appreciate Valley's commitment to great service and being upfront on what "needs" doing vs. what will need doing at some point. We never worry about being taken advantage of at Valley and feel confident they will keep our cars running. Everyone is always super nice and helpful.
