Contacted to have fuel pump replaced and rear brakes inspected. Reduced engine power code. Couldnt refuse the diagnostic eval. Ended up being mass air flow sensor. Did good work and figured it out fast. The no contact method of payment using facepay or whatever is clunky. Look for bank on sign up then back out/refuse to give that app your bank login information. Use account and routing number and it'll take a few days. It's a slower process but data breaches happen too often. Caller:Emily seemed to want to have all kinds of other services done. If I got her first, I would have gone to another shop. Request Dania as she listens...better. I don't think this is a shop for work(I got some parts...could you install them for me?). I think this is a shop to get your car fixed and back on the road (no custom stuff...). Removed a star because I was handed off to Emily, closed during the weekends, and contactless payment setup and app are clunky. Good work and, otherwise, very professional. The process they use seems ridged but it will get your vehicle back on the road and quickly. You get a printed report too. Diagnostic check isn't free...it's not a waste of time though so heavily consider it. I am going to use this shop again and I have recommended it to someone already. Btw the extra costs were fluid replacements and tune up parts plus labor. This addition to the bill tripled it.

Valley Auto is close to home and I’m happy to support a small business. They’re organized and responsive. The costs came in a little lower than the estimate and they also caught the fact that I’d missed an oil change. Nice place.

Great work. I've had issues with two vehicles diagnosed and resolved. Transmission leak on 1997 Ford Ranger, VW Jetta TDI total replacement of all fuel pumps, fuel injectors, and huge repair. The diagnostic technician taught me something I didn't know that saved me $6,000.00. Ian told me I should check with my insurance company! I put regular unleaded gas in my Jetta Turbo Diesel. MY BAD! I called my insurance company and they covered the bill under my comprehensive insurance coverage. Thank you Brian, Emily, and Ian! You have given me peace of mind and saved me thousands!! With Gratitude, Elise Embury

VA&E really strives for professionalism and top notch customer service. They will do whatever they can to ensure customer satisfaction. Emily understands the importance of listening to customer concerns and making sure all needs are met. Valley automotive (and anyone for that matter) can’t promise perfection, but what VA&E can promise is to make things right if needed and that’s what they did with full transparency. My girlfriend and I will continue to bring her van and my truck there.
