HONEST folks at this shop. Do NOT worry when you take your vehicle to get repaired here. They will fix only what needs to be done and not add in a bunch of stuff your vehicle doesn’t really need. Very satisfied with their work.

Good customer service. But they misdiagnosed my electrical problem twice. The first misdiagnosis cost me $140, the second would have cost me $700 if i hadn't found the problem myself. Also told me my vehicle was fixed and ready to go, when it wasn't. Made it right in the end.

We did not meet your expectations in any way when you came to pick up your vehicle. Your truck was not fixed and completed as we had promised earlier. Furthermore, we attempted to diagnose it while you waited. This hurried our procedure and that was also a mistake. This is not a standard practice of ours. I understand that we cannot be perfect, but I do attempt to rectify any issue that I am aware of. As of this time I have attempted to call you and send you a letter and I await your response. Customer service is great (they are willing to take a little time to explain things). The quality of the work is unbeatable. In every case (my coworkers and I have sent our vehicles here multiple times), the area of the repair was clean, precise, and exactly as intended from the OEM. I am a bit of a backyard mechanic, and when I do not have time to do a repair on my own vehicle, this is the only shop I trust to do the level of quality mechanical work that I expect. Some people have commented on their prices being high, and sure; there are places that are quite a bit cheaper. I have tried out many of these places myself - it isn't worth the cheaper price. These people are worth every penny of what they charge and their prices really are not out of line with the true cost of things. They really care about what they do even though their best work is frequently hidden under the hood.
